As an expert in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our ISO 50001, energy management system and additional support our ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. Your work support energy efficiency initiatives across our global operations and promote sustainable practices.


  • Support energy efficiency assessments and evaluate environmental impacts of energy-saving measures across multiple Fresenius Kabi sites.
  • Provide technical expertise in the procurement and design of energy-related equipment.
  • Conduct global internal EHS audits, fostering continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare sites for external audits and support the resolution of challenges related to EHS related compliance topics.
  • Develop templates, tools, and best practices to optimize EHS processes, and deliver effective training programs.
  • Collaborate on energy-related projects, including construction contracts, ensuring alignment with EHS standards.
  • Prepare detailed internal and external reports, including contributions to the Carbon Disclosure Project.
  • Maintain and enhance the global monitoring software, Resource Advisor, to drive data transparency and sustainability efforts.

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Energy Technology, or a related field.
  • Practical experience in energy management, EHS, or a related discipline, preferably within a manufacturing or healthcare environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Resilience and adaptability in managing challenges and delivering results.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
