We are seeking a motivated and proactive Team Assistant to join our dynamic SOEC-Team in Arnstadt. As an all-rounder, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and organizational support to the team while contributing to the exciting process of transforming cutting-edge technology from prototype status to industrial implementation.
This position offers the opportunity to grow with the team, with the potential for a full-time role as we continue to expand.
Your main focus
- In your role as a team assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Development and Service departments, including appointment management/coordination and organizing internal/external meetings, travel arrangements, conference calls, workshops, and events (preparation of meeting materials, presentation media, training sessions, minutes and follow-ups, as well as booking venues, catering, schedule management, etc.).
- You will assist in the creation and revision of documents, concepts, meeting minutes, and presentation materials as part of daily operations.
- Your excellent English skills will be utilized in managing and coordinating international correspondence.
- Administrative support in the preparation of system evaluations, statistics, and analyses for the relevant areas will be part of your daily tasks.
- You will act as the contact person within the department for general office organization and will oversee the preparation, planning, and reimbursement of business trips.
- General assistant and secretarial duties, such as time tracking, monthly closings, including the review and booking of invoices, will be ensured by you
- You bring several years of professional experience based on a completed commercial or comparable vocational training. Additional qualifications are advantageous. Ideally, you have already gained experience in a similar position.
- You have profound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ERP knowledge is an advantage.
- You stand out with your organized, structured, and independent working style, as well as a strong ability for self-organization and dedication.
- You are characterized by your friendly, confident, and approachable demeanor, as well as your excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Even in stressful situations, you always maintain a calm and composed attitude.
- Excellent German and English skills complete your profile.
- As we are in the implementation phase of a new technology, a hands-on mentality and practical approach are required.
