Key Account Support & Process Coordinator (m/f/d)
Fulltime (38,5 h/week) | Permanent Employment | Mönchengladbach | Remote
- Process Development: Supporting the definition, harmonization, and standardization of process strategies to enhance operational efficiency within Sales & Key Account sectors.
- Collaboration: Acting as a key contact between Sales, Key Account teams, and IT, ensuring processes align with business requirements and fostering effective communication.
- Operational Oversight: Assisting in the planning and monitoring of business objectives, including revenue targets, budget preparation, and forecasts, while integrating quality standards, compliance, and risk management.
- Portfolio Management: Contributing to supplier management, optimizing product portfolios, and improving inventory levels to support strategic goals.
- Process Improvement: Identifying process gaps, implementing control measures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the Sales & Key Account units.
- Driving Change: Promoting innovation and supporting change initiatives to enhance process efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- A completed education in a commercial or scientific field (industrial, wholesale, or foreign trade) or a related degree.
- Initial practical experience in sales, key account management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Solid user knowledge of MS Office products; experience with SAP R/3 or S/4 HANA (SD/MM modules) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to improve processes and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
