Are numbers your strength, financial strategies your passion and do you have a high affinity for IT? Then we are looking for you! As Financial Controlling & Systems Manager (all genders), you will have the opportunity to provide decisive input for our growth and make full use of your expertise.
Your responsibilties are:
- Preparation of monthly reporting for shareholders, board members and banks
- Participation in monthly and annual financial statements and associated analyses (target/actual comparisons, trend analyses, definition of measures)
- Further development of the KPI system & introduction of a CFO dashboard
- Technical contact person for individual business units (business partners)
- Coordination and optimization of processes between financial accounting and controlling
- Support and further development of the budget and forecast process
- Technical responsibility for our system landscape (in particular Netsuite, Celigo & Lucanet)
- Freedom for own ideas and suggestions for the continuous optimization of our planning and control instruments as well as our automation processes
- have a degree in business administration with a focus on finance and accounting or controlling, alternatively a comparable qualification.
- already have initial experience in a comparable position (at least 5-8 years), ideally in a SaaS environment.
- have a good understanding of numbers and business contexts (internal/external accounting, financial accounting)
- have an affinity for numbers and analytical thinking skills.
- have very good knowledge of Netsuite, Celigo, Lucanet & Salesforce or can familiarize yourself very quickly with new IT system landscapes and have technical understanding.
- have initial experience with BI tools/applications.
- have a good knowledge of German and English.
You are part of our international Finance team and report directly to our Teamlead Controlling.
