(Fixed Term contract 12 months)Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in HR? Do you thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment? We're looking for a talented HR Advisor to join our team and provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees across Germany and Europe.
This is your chance to be part of a global organisation supporting our TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) clients while contributing to exciting HR initiatives.
Location: Neu-Isenburg, Germany
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid (3 days in-office during the first 3 months, then once a week)
- Fixed Term contract for 12-15 months
- Part time between 20 and 30 hours per wee
Key responsibilities
- HR Advisory: Provide expert guidance on employee relations, HR policies, and procedures, including induction, probation, performance management, contract changes, and disciplinary actions.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with recruiters and agencies on job requisitions, interviews, and offers.
- Employee Experience: Enhance the new hire journey by delivering engaging inductions and follow-ups.
- HR Operations: Work closely with the Works Council, manage payroll changes, support compensation reviews, and oversee compliance training, engagement surveys, and DEI initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Prepare insightful HR analytics to support decision-making.
- Project Management: Drive HR and organizational development projects, collaborating with other EU operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with managers, senior leaders, the Works Council, and country HR teams, fostering collaboration and trust.
About you
Skills & Experience:- 3-5 years of HR experience in a multicultural, matrixed environment.
- Strong HR operations experience, from advisory to administrative coordination.
- Solid knowledge of German employment law and Works Councils, with familiarity in EU HR practices a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, ADP).
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A team player with a proactive, flexible mindset.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., IHK, CIPD, SHRM) is a bonus.
