Manager Legal Tech (m/f/x)
Purpose of the function:

Join our team as Manager Legal Tech (m/f/x), where you'll take the lead in managing innovative legal tech solutions like OneTrust and driving digital transformation projects. - Manage OneTrust Modules:
- Serve as the primary contact for intercompany usage of implemented OneTrust modules
- Configure and implement new OneTrust modules
- Manage customized workflows and policies within OneTrust
- Collaborate with IT, the Data Protection team, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated on OneTrust features, privacy regulations, and industry trends to enhance in-house usage
- Develop support documentation and provide assistance to users
- Manage and Develop Legal Tech Solutions:
- Support the execution of digital transformation projects led by the Legal & IP Department, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Organize pilots and rollouts, including face-to-face training sessions, eLearning modules, and user acceptance testing
- Develop essential support documentation such as guidelines and user manuals
- Provide daily support for implemented Legal & IP solutions across Europe, including issue resolution and coordination with external vendors as necessary
- Identify system gaps and apply lessons learned for continuous improvement
- Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop monitoring and reporting systems using data from OneTrust and Legal Contract Management Systems
- Analyze reports, assess discrepancies, and suggest resolutions
- Bachelor's degree in business law, finance, IT, or a related field is required
- 2-5 years working experience with implementing or managing legal tech software
- Proven work experience with implementing or managing OneTrust AI Governance and Privacy modules, particularly with a focus on PIA & DPIA Data Mapping Automation
- Knowledge of AI and privacy regulations, including GDPR and industry best practices, is preferred
- Proficiency with IT tools such as MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, and SharePoint
- Understanding of business intelligence data to optimize processes
- A digital-native mindset with a strong understanding of data management
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
- Effective communication skills in English (and German), both written and verbal
