We are currently looking for a
BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER (m/f/d)
FULL-TIME POSITION, FRANKFURT/MAIN
- Coordinate the global rollout and maintenance of Salesforce eCommerce shop incl. all relevant processes, working closely with regional teams to meet local market requirements.
- Analyze, design and integrate Salesforce processes into S/4 HANA with the support of the SAP/IT expert team.
- Oversee the integration and communication of all digital tools within the Betaseed IT landscape to ensure seamless data flow.
- University degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in business administration (ideally with focus on sales or IT) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of business processes, system architecture and data management.
- Experience in technical management of CRM/ERP systems (ideally S/4 HANA) with focus on sales modules.
- Good skills in project management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Business fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
