  • Support the design and implementation of the training and development strategy
  • Identify main training needs and support the preparation of the training plan for the entire organization
  • Support the arrangement of trainings, engaging with external providers when necessary
  • Prepare presentations and reports
  • Support in e-learnings creation
  • Act as a contributing team member in the Development area projects' and the P&C Global Learning and Development team


  • Training creation experience
  • Good knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent language skills in English (German or Spanish preferable)
  • Drive to optimize
  • Strong contact and communication skills
