- Evaluate our existing material portfolio for printed electronics, develop and execute strategies to close technology gaps, ensuring we stay at the forefront of innovation
- Foster and support external collaborations with partners and customers, driving successful commercial outcomes through teamwork and shared goals (partnering, licensing or even acquisition)
- Translate the needs of strategic programs into technical requirements, working closely with our global team to identify and execute potential solutions.
- Define and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap, engaging with relevant stakeholders to align on vision and execution
- Grow into a recognized thought leader in printed electronics, contributing to industry advancements and knowledge sharing
- Plan, deliver, and implement strategic and change projects, leveraging both internal and external analyses to drive success
- You hold a Master's degree or equivalent academic qualification in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field
- You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a chemical or technical field combined with a strong understanding of business principles, ideally with familiarity with and/or experience in printed electronics technology
- You are a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strategic mindset
- You have a proven ability to lead projects on a global scale while building strong internal and external networks
- Fluency in English is essential for this role
