Objective
As a Marketing Executive - SEM, you will work closely with team members on different marketing channels such as Google, Instagram and TikTok. You will help to manage Arabic language marketing campaigns that are important to achieve our company goals.
You will help to manage budget and work with Google Ads including Shopping, Search and Display on a global level to create brand awareness for YesStyle and deliver traffic to our website and App.
Key Responsibilities
- Help to manage Arabic language Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Business Manager platforms.
- Help to assess campaign progress strategically and optimize accordingly within budget and on schedule to achieve our growth targets.
- Use data to drive constant and educated improvement in campaigns.
- Use spreadsheets and other dashboards to determine trends and understand results.
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance to ensure improvement over time; identify up-weight opportunities for new campaigns.
- Work with team members to launch new ads for new countries and different promotions.
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide recommendations based on competitive reviews, learnings, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, e-commerce or related disciplines
- 2 to 3 years of experience in operating Google ads or other online advertising
- Certification from online Skillshop at Google is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and in particular Excel
- Strong analytical skills and numbers-savvy
- Ability to stay highly focussed and pay attention to details
- Good team player with a proactive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of written and spoken English
