Biologist/Pharmacist as (Senior) Brand Training Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Berlin
We are looking for a dedicated (Senior) Brand Training Manager responsible for Customer Engagement Training for one or more brands, business units, or therapeutic areas. In this role, you will:
- Conduct product and customer engagement training for new and existing colleagues.
- Act as a strategic partner for brand management and develop and deliver training services to support product launches and other business-related initiatives.
- Serve as a regional subject matter expert for assigned brands and understand local training needs.
- Develop, translate, and localize training content and oversee the approval and certification of training materials.
- Lead and implement training programs in line with business strategies and the needs of business units.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in a scientific field), Any scientific background is preferred as the role will be focused on scientific topics to be trained
- Several years of experience as a sales representative, trainer, or in a similar role.
- Excellent training delivery, presentation, and facilitation skills - both in-person and virtually.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Passion for innovation and new approaches.
- English and German proficiency: Ability to speak and present in English and German in a business environment.
