  • Develop strategic roadmaps to identify and drive new growth initiatives and resulting opportunities within the medical market
  • Conduct in-depth scenario analysis and planning; aggregate and communicate product, technology, business model / invest requirements towards innovation, marketing and market strategy teams
  • Lead strategic growth initiatives targeting existing and new segments, customers, applications, and technologies together with sales, marketing, strategy, application engineering and product development teams
  • Support our sales team in introducing new strategic projects and technologies, ensuring optimal positioning with customers
  • Additionally, build and drive partnerships across the value chain, lead collaborations with critical ecosystem players like start-ups, line-builders or trade associations to secure and extend business opportunities
  • Drive close global collaboration with other Henkel Adhesive Technologies segments and markets to foster cross-functional innovation
  • Champion sustainability as a core competitive advantage and integrate it across all relevant projects

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in business, chemistry, life sciences, engineering or related
  • Ideally 5 years' experience in sales or marketing, with international exposure preferred
  • Proven experience in business development, program execution, innovation research or market analysis/ strategic planning, ideally in the life sciences or medical technology sector and familiarity with their product range
  • Eagerness to dive into new technologies and lead forward-thinking projects combined with confidence in making decisions and collaborating across functions, internally as well as with partners and customers, up to executive level
  • Fluent English language skills are required, German language skills are an advantage
