- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies
- Use the latest technologies, i.e. AI Agents to build relevant solutions
- Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Build MVPs for selected use cases
- Conduct process mining and optimization to maximize automation efficiency
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
- Perform testing and quality assurance of automated processes
- Train and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Information Technology or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Process Improvement and RPA implementation and consulting
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Flow), including desktop and cloud flows
- Experience in LLMs is a plus
- Strong understanding of API integration and web services
- Experience with additional RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and strong communication in German and English
