CARGO OPERATIONS AGENT - m/f/d
for our Cargo Office at Frankfurt Airport (FRA) / Cargo City
- Provide customer service through reservations system and other communication channels.
- Prepare flight and truck plans for ground handling agent.
- Control cargo space ex Germany.
- Monitor and supervise the handling/ ramp operations.
- Assist on any administrational/operation/sales duties.
- Dealing with all customer service matters including complaints and claims.
- School diploma and commercial apprenticeship required.
- 1-2 years cargo experience or equivalent desirable.
- Good oral and written communication skills in German and English.
- Knowledge of airfreight, logistics, and transportation is desirable.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
