  • Serve as an enabler by offering guidance and ensuring SAP BW solutions are strategically aligned with business goals
  • Development of user stories for new reporting requirements with focus on HR
  • Implementation of new reporting requirements using Business Objects tools and SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Ongoing development of the existing SAP BW reporting landscape
  • Documentation of reporting data flows across modules and tools
  • International support for all SAP HR BW users
  • Design and delivery of user training (national/international)

  • Degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in developing SAP BW reports
  • Operational experience with SAP BW 7.5 on HANA or SAP BW/4HANA
  • Professional experience in a globally oriented or international workplace
  • Experience working with people analytics
  • Excellent skills in implementing applications with Lumira and SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Basic knowledge of data modeling with SAP BW, preferably SAP BW 7.5 on HANA
  • Good knowledge of Query Designer; experience with Web Application Designer is an advantage
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors People Analytics module or other HR Suites (e.g. workday) is an advantage
  • Excellent customer orientation and customer management skills, complemented by strong consulting abilities
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
