- Your main task is to continuously monitor the technical infrastructure of the data center to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- You will carry out preventive maintenance measures to prevent technical faults and system failures.
- You ensure that the service level agreements (SLAs) agreed with customers are always adhered to.
- You ensure that all internal procedures are carried out in accordance with defined processes and in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- You are responsible for coordinating external service providers and suppliers and monitor their activities directly on site.
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician; a qualification in electrical circuits would be an advantage.
- You have professional experience in the data center environment and are familiar with the specific requirements and processes in this area.
- You have a solid knowledge of MS Office and ideally also experience with CMMS or BMS systems.
- You have a basic knowledge of English and are motivated to develop this by working in an international environment.
- You are flexible and willing to work in shifts.
- You enjoy learning, value a high level of resilience and value productive teamwork.
- You are characterized by initiative and a sense of responsibility.
