We are international HR- consultants with extensive experience in searching for executive personnel. We assist our clients in finding highly qualified and top-level managers worldwide. Our client is a successful German, mid-tier manufacturer of electrotechnical and electro-mechanical products which belongs to a European company group. The company is located in the area of Euskirchen and has just over 40 employees. In order to set up professional processes for finance, accounting, and controlling to support future growth of the company, our client is looking for you as a Certified Accountant (m/f/d) Tasks End-to-end responsibility for finance, accounting and controlling of the entire company Establishment of modern and efficient accounting processes and structures Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as balance sheets according to HGB Preparation of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets Taking the lead in implementing an ERP-system and setting up the relevant processes Contact person for banks and auditors Reporting to the parent company group Requirements Degree in business studies and/ or qualification as an accountant Profound professional experience in accounting or a comparable position, preferably in the manufacturing industry Secure knowledge of financial statements and balance sheets Structured and independent way of working paired with confidentiality and entrepreneurial thinking Business fluent in German and English Energetic and passionate personality with can-do mentality and an international mindset This position offers the opportunity to significantly shape processes and structures and to grow with the company in the upcoming years.
