As team lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring academic excellence across a range of internationally oriented and challenging programs.
In this position, you will work closely with professors and students, driving meaningful improvements in academic processes and outcomes. Take the lead and make a lasting impact on the educational journeys of our students.

This position is initially a one-year fixed-term contract with the potential to become extended or permanent.

Your mission

  • Manage the Examination Office, a dedicated team in the seamless execution of all examination-related processes.
  • Bring your expertise in and ensure legal compliance by upholding examination regulations, policies, and institutional standards.
  • Contribute to improvements and innovations in assessment formats and examination processes, for instance in the field of digitalization and AI.
  • Act as a liaison between the Examination Office, faculty, and professional staff departments, fostering alignment between academic objectives and professional processes to enhance the student experience.


  • Relevant educational background, preferably an academic degree.
  • Proven expertise or a legal background in examination and assessment regulations within higher education.
  • Several years of leadership experience, preferably in a higher education environment.
  • A leadership style that empowers, motivates, and values the contributions of each team member.
  • Eye for detail and working accurately, combined with the ability to maintain a strategic perspective.
  • Excellent personal and written communication skills in the German and English language.
