  • You perform, develop and continuously improve sales trainings with focus on products, procedures and sales for internal staff (sales representatives, product managers and local trainers)
  • Your training covers onboarding training as well as continuous learning for our sales organizations
  • You develop and implement new training concepts
  • You develop and update blended learning material
  • You evaluate the success of trainings and their sustainability as well as the quality of trainings
  • You partner with our EMEA product management and global stakeholders

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences or Education Science
  • High media competencies for online as well as on-site training and the creation of training material
  • Experience as a trainer of sales roles in the medical field, specifically in urology and/or experience in a MedTech sales role
  • Affinity and enthusiasm for medical technology
  • High communication and teaching skills
  • Excellent organization and presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel
