Join our team and you'll be responsible for meticulous optimisations of our 8-digit brand media budget and developing and executing innovative media strategies that align seamlessly with our overarching business and marketing objectives.

Working in the Media department, you will join us on our journey to become the best brand marketing team.

You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

  • Translate business and marketing goals into comprehensive media strategies that resonate with audience preferences across the EMEA region.
  • Identify and recommend the most effective media channels for reaching target audiences, encompassing both traditional and digital platforms
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the media landscape.
  • Lead the design and implementation of measurements to track the success of the media strategy in collaboration with research service providers and the internal analytics department.
  • Optimize the media mix based on campaign objectives, budget constraints, and performance metrics.
  • Manage media agencies and foster collaborative partnerships.
  • Explore new channels and integrate (data-)infrastructures for scalable media optimisation


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Media Manager with a successful track record in developing and executing media strategies.
  • First hand experience in digital, programmatic video advertising on social and streaming services.
  • Good understanding of the TV media landscape and proven experience with classic media.
  • Experience with leveraging AI tools for data analysis and campaign optimisation.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with media planning and analytics tools.
