Junior & Senior Manager Procurement & Disposition (m/f/d)


Order Management:

  • Align planning processes with forecasted demand, production capacities, & delivery timelines
  • Forecast and block production capacities & raw materials
  • Monitor & manage production orders, ensure adherence to deadlines & costs
  • Track & coordinate order status, resolve delays or disruptions in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Serve as the point of contact for order-related inquiries from production, sales & logistics teams

Inventory Control:

  • Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations, ensuring efficient inventory management
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to manage reorder points & safety stock levels
  • Perform regular inventory analyses & reporting to improve inventory turnover & cost efficiency

Logistics Coordination:

  • Plan & oversee the movement of incoming finished goods
  • Optimize transportation routes & schedules in collaboration with logistics partners
  • Ensure seamless coordination between production, warehouse, & logistics teams

Process Optimization:

  • Analyze current planning & disposition processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement efficient workflows & digital tools to enhance accuracy & reduce lead times
  • Contribute to the development & implementation of KPIs, reports & analysis for planning & inventory performance

  • A commercial apprenticeship &/or a degree in business administration, SCM, procurement or logistics
  • Ideally experience & expertise in: Production planning, operational purchasing, textiles
  • Know-how in dealing with international suppliers
  • Very good English skills
  • Logical/analytical thinking
  • Problem-solving skills & project/process management knowledge
  • Time & self-management skills
  • Communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork & collaboration
