Then this might be the right role for you! We are currently building the European Shared Service team (2-4 new roles) and you will be part ouf our great HR transformation journey! This is a remote role that can be performed in any European country, where JELD-WEN is operating.
Your role
The HR Shared Service team at JELD-WEN is responsible for the day-to-day management of our human resource employee and manager support experience. You are HR Shared Service Specialist will handle HR inquiries and process transactions in SAP SuccessFactors. You will support various HR functions, serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
What your impact will be
- Handle HR inquiries and transactions in SAP SuccessFactors for employee and manager data changes
- Support various Tier 1 HR functions, including new hires, terminations, data changes, leave management, payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, and data reconciliations
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics
- Uphold service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure a customer-focused approach
- Maintain an appropriate control environment, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, HR policies, and audit controls
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration and knowledge of statutory requirements
- Experience with HR systems and ticket management systems (eg. SAP SuccessFactors, Service Now,…)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Multilingual capabilities (English as primary language, with French/ German/ Swedish, or Estonian as additional language
- Schedule flexibility for various shifts (first/second shift availability)
