Are you a results-driven, detail-oriented professional passionate about finance? We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our financial operations with excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Flow Management:
    • Prepare and execute weekly payments, optimizing supplier discounts.
  • Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable:
    • Oversee customer receivables and supplier payables.
    • Ensure timely resolution of payment issues.
    • Manage booking of material invoices.
  • General Ledger:
    • Accrual posting and control, journal entries, and fixed asset depreciation.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Analyze and control inventory levels, manage item obsolescence, and perform margin analysis.
  • Cost Controls:
    • Review contracts regularly to identify opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, compliant with German GAAP.
  • Budgeting:
    • Lead the preparation and analysis of company budgets.
  • Tax and Audit:
    • Handle CIT, VAT, and assist in tax reporting for Germany, US, and Mexico.
    • Collaborate with external CPAs for audits.
  • Human Resources Support:
    • Provide local HR support when required.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Manage government and bank correspondence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Native German speaker with proficiency in English.
  • Experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Sage 100 accounting experience helpful, but willing to train.


Financial Analysis and Forecasting-Ability to analyze financial data, interpret trends, and provide accurate projections to guide business decisions.

Budgeting and Cost Management- Expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Accounting and Regulatory Knowledge Proficiency in accounting principles- and understanding of tax regulations and compliance.

Leadership and Team Management- Strong leadership skills to guide, motivate, and develop finance teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Communication and Presentation Skills- Ability to effectively communicate financial insights and strategies to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Attention to Detail- Ensuring accuracy and precision in financial reports, audits, and compliance requirements.

Problem-Solving and DecisionMaking Skill- in identifying financial risks or inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.

Technology Proficiency- Competency with financial software, and advanced Excel skills to streamline processes and analyze data.

Ethical Judgment and Integrity - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, upholding ethical standards, and ensuring transparency in financial reporting.


Competitive salary between €60,000 - €70,000 annually.
