Reppublika is a multinational media tech company headquartered in Vienna with offices across CEE, developing our own SaaS product in the field of online advertising, access panels and digital market research.
We are seeking a motivated IT professional ready to make an impact as part of a dynamic international team that manages our technical infrastructure. - Provide hands-on and remote IT support, addressing tickets, resolving technical issues, and delivering timely solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with computers, laptops, printers, smartphones, and applications
- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and system access for our teams of over 200 people across Europe
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, including device setup and software provisioning
- Monitor IT systems, servers, and network performance; assist with upgrades and hardware maintenance (routers, switches, wireless)
- Assist with backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity
- Asset management. Maintain detailed inventories of hardware, software, and licenses, domains, ensuring records are up to date
- Roll out new software/hardware releases and document IT processes as needed
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in IT systems, workflows & IT security
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction with professionalism, dedication, and a client-focused approach. Clients will be colleagues across our Group
- Planning & implementation of IT projects in an agile environment, together with your colleagues
Requirements
Languages: Fluent working knowledge of German and English.
Experience: At least 2 years in a similar IT support role.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Admin Center, Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID, Defender)
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of networks (IPs, routing, switch, firewall, VPN, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with hardware setups and troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, network devices)
- Bachelor's degree (IT, Computer Science, or related field) or equivalent work experience
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality, teamwork. A strong drive for continuous learning and improvement
- Microsoft certifications are a plus
- A competitive salary of between €35,000 and €45,000 gross per year
