We are looking for a Media Manager (all genders) to join our Brand & Media Management Team of 11 passionate professionals. Being part of the team, you independently steer the realization of diverse brand media initiatives across offline channels and their digital extensions. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, strengthening flaconi as a brand, while showcasing your organization and communication skills within a supportive and collaborative environment. - Oversee the offline media strategy across TV, DTV, Radio, OOH, Podcasts, and Print.
- Comprehensive Media Management: Drive the planning, buying, strategy, execution, and reporting for all media activities.
- Focus on measurement and analysis to optimize media performance and ensure effective spending.
- Manage media projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, business objectives, and media-specific goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and maintain efficient communication to drive successful media campaigns
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in interpreting data and metrics to drive media performance.
- Advanced in Excel and Reporting Tools: Proficient in Excel and experienced with reporting tools for efficient and insightful data management.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Experience with Offline Channels (TV, OOH, Print, Radio, Podcast, Offline Activation)
- Negotiation Skills: Confident and persuasive in securing optimal media agreements and partnerships.
- Presentation Skills: Able to create and deliver clear, engaging presentations for different audiences and stakeholders.
- Fluency in German and English
Nice to have:
- Experience in a media agency is a big plus!
- Experience in the media field of other european markets especially Poland and Netherlands.
- Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 42.800€ and 58.000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
