Customer Engagement:
- Be the go-to contact for Spanish, Portugues, Italian and English-speaking customers, ensuring timely and professional support.
- Address inquiries related to products, maintenance, and installations with accuracy and care.
- Build lasting customer relationships and proactively address their needs.
Order and Logistics Management:
- Process customer orders with precision, from receipt to delivery, ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to resolve delivery challenges promptly.
- Communicate order updates and track progress to maintain customer trust.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and support the Sales Representatives in setting appointments and promoting products.
- Independently manage relationships with smaller customer accounts to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Administrative and System Support:
- Maintain the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date customer data.
- Assist in streamlining processes and proposing improvements to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Experience:
- Fluency in Spanish, Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Further languages an advantage: Portugues & French
- Proven expertise in customer service and sales support roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Proficiency in working with ERP systems, experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central desirable.
