  • Identification, selection, definition and calculation of global and regional procurement KPIs
  • Continuous development and improvement of procurement KPIs, IT systems and reports
  • Creation of expressive dashboards, reports and presentations incl. detailed knowledge about data source and aggregation
  • Monitoring of relevant KPIs incl. root cause analyses and initiation of counter measures in close collaboration with management to achieve company goals
  • Observation of market trends and indices with a relevance for procurement and deduction of recommendations for management
  • Coordination of IT changes and implementation of new software to enhance transparency of procurement performance
  • Leading of regular meetings with international and cross-functional stakeholders for monitoring procurement performance
  • Analysis and maintenance of master data quality
  • Ad-hoc analysis and creation of reports for various internal stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education and/or training preferred
  • Several years' experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Experience in performance management preferred
  • Experience in cross-functional teamwork and project management
  • Preferably knowledge about databases in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and/or VBA and SQL programming
  • Affinity for numbers and strong analytical, numeric and communication skills
  • Ability to condense and present complex information to key personnel in meaningful reports and presentations
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Business English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%)
