  • Initiating and coordinating new projects across various teams
  • Developing and promoting new business models, e.g. in e-commerce
  • Managing and optimizing sales initiatives and measures to increase efficiency
  • Detailed analysis and comparison of planned and actual data & development of proposed solutions
  • Promotion of cross-selling and upselling measures
  • Conducting comprehensive feasibility and profitability analyses
  • Preparing well-founded reports


  • Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in sales management or in a comparable position
  • High customer orientation as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
  • Proven success in after-sales management and business development
  • Initial knowledge of the CRM system Salesforce desirable
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 10-20% of working time)
