We are looking for you, for one of our Dedalus locations in Germany or Austria or alternatively 100% remote in Germany or Austria as a
Product Manager (m/f/d) Endoscopy
- Product management for Endoscopy encompassing the full process from ordering, planning, performing, result reporting, billing, coding
- Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
- Definition of the future product U
- Communication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBU's
- Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends in healthcare
- Specification and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams, including leading business analyst.
- Clinical and functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentation
- Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs.
- Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services, and management.
- Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Motivate, guide, and support your peers throughout the organization.
- University degree in Medicine, Medical Science or Engineering equivalent program or an equivalent combination of training and experience (e.g. experienced endoscopist, nurse endoscopist etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical endoscopy or working as a product manager for an endoscopy solution or an EPR solution or part of an EPR implementation team as clinical lead
- Subject matter expertise in endoscopy and related domains
- Market knowledge in the endoscopy IT sector and the use of the DGVS terminology
- Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers
- Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)
- Strong affinity to IT topics
- Strong business acumen and a motivated team player
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, French is a plus
- Self-management skills and self-starter attitude
