YOUR TASKS

  • Cross-site technical and disciplinary management of the internal team of engineers and experts (7 employees) including regular employee dialogue
  • Planning and prioritisation of the development of new exchange devices (priority turbine class Delta4000) and their documentation for Nordex Service
  • CAPEX & OPEX budget planning, incl. regular review of ongoing projects
  • Conducting regular project meetings with external development partners and ensuring that milestones are met
  • Coordinating and summarising the results after technical tenders. Driving decision making based on defined factors
  • Planning prototype tests and initial field validation, as well as ensuring a smooth transition of the finished product into series production
  • Regular reporting to (senior) management


YOUR PROFIL

  • Completed studies in engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience as a manager or at least 5 years of experience as a project manager
  • Very good organisational skills to be able to manage many ongoing issues
  • Confident in managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Enjoy group management and development
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Excellent English language skills, Spanish if possible
