We are looking for a Senior Software Developer & Architect to join our team and help shape the future of our AI-driven products and solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Take ownership of designing and implementing scalable software architectures that power intelligent applications.
- Work with state-of-the-art technologies, such as OpenAI, AWS, and Azure, to create impactful, real-world AI solutions.
- Lead customer-specific web technology and analytics projects, tailoring solutions to meet diverse and evolving needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, bringing your ideas to life while solving complex technical challenges.

What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in software development or architecture, with a proven track record in scalable and cloud-native applications.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js, with experience in FastAPI, Flask, Django or Streamlit. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), AI integrations, and tools like LangChain. Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), Google Analytics API and MS Office Graph API is a strong plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to design and implement innovative solutions for complex challenges.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. German is advantageous.
- Team Collaboration: Effective communicator and collaborator within cross-functional teams.
- Optional Skills: Knowledge of React for frontend development and expertise in PostgreSQL and Alembic for database management.

- Design and architect scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions tailored to AI-driven applications.
- Develop and maintain customer-specific web technology and analytics solutions.

- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement and oversee deployment pipelines for cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Hetzner.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to maintain a leading-edge tech stack.
- Cutting-Edge Projects: Work on innovative AI products, including Large Language Models (LLMs), automation tools, and scalable cloud-native solutions.
- Advanced Development Environment: Collaborate using tools like VSCode, GitHub, Confluence, and JIRA, with access to modern platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Hetzner.
