Your Role: International Site Manager (m/w/d)
We are seeking a proactive and experienced International Site Manager (m/w/d) to oversee our PV sites in Germany and abroad. In this pivotal role, you will lead the construction of large-scale solar installations for corporate clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the construction of solar installations from start to finish.
- Create and oversee project plans, balancing quality, budget, and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage suppliers and subcontractors on-site.
- Monitor multiple projects and suppliers simultaneously.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance across all projects.
What We're Looking For:
- A proactive mindset and a responsible approach to work.
- Relevant educational background.
- Hands-on technical experience with solar installations.
- Proven experience managing subcontractors.
- Familiarity with the design and construction of large-scale solar projects.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and internationally.
- A valid driver's license.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
