Recruiting of the right fit for the organisation's vacancies, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Facilitating the onboarding process of the new recruits ensuring a smooth onboarding in cooperation with the hiring departments.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruiting and selection processes for the assigned positions, from advertising to conducting interviews, preparing offers, and filling open positions.
- Engage with international applicants, keeping them informed about ongoing processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with various companies and departments within the Group to identify and secure top talents for our open positions.
- Provide assistance with relocation and visa applications to candidates where necessary.
- Arrange all onboarding activities for newly hired employees, providing support and guidance for ensuring a successful onboarding phase for their smooth integration.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes and tools and participate in HR projects
- 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment, ideally in an international environment
- Experience in active sourcing and maintaining candidate databases
- Knowledge of the recruiting and contract related legislation and requirements
- An open, service-oriented and reliable personality
- A structured way of working with a focus on processes
- Advanced German and English skills
