Als Content Marketing Manager bei uns hast Du die Möglichkeit, unsere Marke und unsere Produkte zu fördern. Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Content-Strategien, die Erstellung von Texten und Bildern sowie die Verbreitung von Inhalten in verschiedenen Kanälen. Coordination between regions and business unit functions to localize global and local content, ensuring brand consistency.
· Supervising and executing translation tasks to manage content creation.
· Managing the localization of global content to ensure alignment with local customer insights and regional specifics.
· Creating new localized content such as PR materials, customer success stories, and thought leadership articles that highlight the brand's expertise.
· Aligning with Performance Marketing to manage the publication and promotion of content across relevant channels such as websites, social media, email, and paid campaigns.
· Ensuring all content is truly localized and optimized for search engines, conducting keyword research, and integrating SEO best practices to boost organic traffic and improve rankings.
· Supporting content creation for performance marketing campaigns, including writing copy for ads, landing pages, and email sequences to drive conversions.
· Leading analysis and reporting on content performance, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize the content strategy.
· Developing a content calendar for organic posts on LinkedIn and websites, reporting on performance, and supporting employees with post-as-a-service for thought leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Proven experience (5+ years) in content marketing or digital advertising, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns.
· Ability to craft compelling customer success stories that highlight the product's impact on real users, as well as a deep understanding of SEP and how to optimize content for both local relevance and search visibility.
· Skilled in creating content that positions the brand as an industry leader, addressing key topics and trends relevant to the local market.
· Proficiency in design and video editing software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually engaging content.
· In-depth understanding of the product and its features, enabling the creation of highly technical yet accessible content that communicates the product's value and solves customer pain points.
· Proficient in using CMS platforms, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other tools to create and track content performance.
· Excellent written communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging content that resonates with local audiences.
· Skilled in articulating industry insights, trends, and product knowledge to position the company as a trusted authority.
· Deep understanding in local cultures and nuances to ensure content is relevant, respectful, and impactful in the target market.
· Ability to adapt content strategies based on market needs and feedback, while creatively finding new ways to engage to local audience.
· A customer-first mindset, creating content that addresses the challenges and needs of the local audience while showcasing the product's value.
