About this role
As Senior CRM Manager - Germany you are part of one of the “Retention” teams which has a clear focus on improving customer retention. These improvements are based on clear data-insights developed in cooperation with our data and analytics team. Therefore, the people in the team have different backgrounds and roles to achieve common goals (and thereby opportunities to learn from your peers). By doing so you have a big contribution to Takeaway.com's growth strategy.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role
- Develop and optimize campaigns and content to drive customer engagement and lifetime value, using segmentation for personalized messaging.
- Analyze data to gain insights that enhance customer experiences, while managing end-to-end campaign execution, including A/B testing and cross-channel optimization.
- Advocate for CRM best practices and collaborate with global teams to innovate and explore new opportunities.
- Manage stakeholders effectively to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery, always keeping the customer at the forefront.
What will you bring to the table?
- Expertise in email, push, and in-app marketing, along with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of data, segmentation, and A/B testing, with strong analytical abilities.
- Experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments, and the ability to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven, with excellent communication skills in both English and German.
