The Excelitas facility in Kleinostheim, Germany has key positions in Research & Development, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and other administrative functions. This facility specializes in the production of infrared emitters for industrial process technology, particularly for heat treatment and drying in a wide range of industries such as automotive, coating, plastics, textiles, food, printing, and glass. Additionally, this site houses a modern application competence center that conducts practical tests with customer materials and laboratory simulations of specific processes to determine the optimal process solution.
- Finance Business Partner for a global product line: Support the globally responsible product manager with your own ideas and projects within the Advanced Lighting Systems division as part of the Excelitas Technologies Group;
- Analysis, recommendation for action and presentation: Carry out independent profitability, earnings and ad-hoc analyses for the product line. Derive recommendations for action to ensure the achievement of our goals and present these convincingly to the company management;
- Division Controlling and Business Intelligence (BI): Support the team in global controlling for the entire Advanced Lighting Systems division, for example in budgeting, forecasting or management reporting. Assist in the development and implementation of innovative Business Intelligence (BI) tools and controlling instruments to optimize the management of the company.
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or business informatics;
- At least three to five years of professional experience in the field of controlling in an industrial company and/or in a management consultancy;
- High IT affinity and strong knowledge of MS-Office, SAP FI/CO, Business Objects; ideally you have already gained experience with tools such as QlikSense, Anaplan, Hyperion Financial Planning;
- A high level of initiative as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex business data and derive effective business strategies;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English for a team-oriented way of working in an international environment.
