For our Global Reputation Management Team in Cologne we are looking, fulltime and permanent, for an International Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d).


  • Interface function between national corporate communications departments and global corporate communications in the area of digital marketing
  • Development and establishment of quality standards in the area of digital marketing
  • Taking ownership of an assigned product and be responsible for further development, coordinating of the technical and substantial development and be in regular exchange with the Application Owner
  • Promotion of knowledge transfer and exchange of best practices
  • Consulting, support and training of the DKMS entities in the area of digital marketing and e-mail marketing
  • Support and consulting in the implementation of processes and creation of SOPs
  • Support of the international Business Unit IT Coordinator
  • Development and conducting of trainings for digital marketing counterparts in our international entities
  • Steering and coordination of international projects

  • Successfully completed studies (Bachelor) with a focus on communication science or comparable
  • At least 4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in an international working environment
  • Very good conceptual and project management skills
  • Very good knowledge of digital marketing processes (front-end, back-end)
  • Very good intercultural skills as well as strong empathy, contact and communication skills
  • Excellent English skills
  • Increased willingness to travel and high flexibility
