Global E-Commerce Lead (m/f/d)
- Leading the global establishment and continuous development of the E-Commerce sector
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive E-Commerce strategy in close collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, and IT departments
- Optimizing all digital sales activities on online pharmacy platforms as well as other B2B and B2C channels
- Building, leading, and developing an international E-Commerce team
- Identifying new sales opportunities and markets and conducting continuous market analyses to improve global performance
- Responsibility for revenue growth in the E-Commerce sector through targeted sales promotion measures and digital marketing strategies
- Monitoring and optimizing the customer journey across all digital touchpoints
- Close collaboration with external partners, service providers, and platforms to successfully implement and optimize E-Commerce processes
- Ensuring the synchronization of the brand strategy in digital channels in close collaboration with the global marketing team
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in an international E-Commerce environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector
- Proven success in developing and implementing E-Commerce strategies on a global level
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, online sales channels, the customer journey and user experience
- Experience in building and leading international, interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a strong results orientation
- Entrepreneurial mindset, team spirit, and a high level of initiative
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
