Leading the negotiations of service contracts for new wind turbine projects from start to end

Developing pre-sales contract strategies and project specific pricing, working closely with sales, business management and legal

Responsible for technical and commercial clarification of customer requirements regarding service contracts

Management of large tenders in regards of service matters (preparation of documents and interface to other departments)

Support sales team regarding all service-related matters as a member of the extended sales team

Engage in contract amendments and renegotiation to accommodate scope changes as well as contract renewals after initial contract phase end.

Professional presentation of service contract offerings towards the customer including cost benefit argumentation

Continuous market observation of customer needs and trends in order to support the development of the service product portfolio

Responsible to achieve order intake ambition and further KPIs within the region

Sales professional with proven track record in winning contracts

Interested to work in the growing business area of service for wind turbine generators

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Law

Masters degree or other advanced certification in a related area would be an advantage
-
At least 5 years of relevant experience in contract negotiations

Experience with long-term service contracts in sales contract management and / or sales experience is an advantage

Experience with sales to utilities or from wind industry / power generation is an advantage

Proactive and result orientated with strategic and analytical skills

Strong ability to close deals

Excellent in both written and spoken English
