Your role

As the Country Lead for Germany, you will drive business expansion by identifying and developing new opportunities in vacant properties, converting prospects into valuable partnerships. Your key responsibilities will include building a strategy for growth, securing budget approval from HQ, and generating leads through cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and your network. Monthly reporting to the MW Board on revenue, forecasts, and strategy will be essential.

Once properties are signed, you and your team will secure suitable tenants, whether for workspaces or residential units, maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction. You'll work closely with property owners, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure vacant buildings through proactive lead generation (cold acquisition, B2B networks, and inbound inquiries).
  • Assess properties, engage with stakeholders, and manage CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Drive marketing efforts with the Dutch team to increase Monoma's visibility and brand presence.
  • Advise clients on Monoma's solutions for vacant property management and new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts to enhance customer loyalty and business growth.

Join our results-driven, collaborative sales team and make a direct impact in growing Monoma's presence in Germany. You'll report to Wouter Ommeslag, COO, with occasional travel to the Netherlands for team building and training.The office location is inDüsseldorf area.


Your profile

As a sales expert, you are seeking for the next best step in your career. Your toolkit will extend beyond sales techniques; it will encompass a strategic vision, a drive for results, and the ability to navigate the digital landscape with finesse. But most importantly, you see beyond the present into a future where every vacant property finds a new purpose.

With your knowledge and expertise in real estate, you are fully committed to this independent position. You work proactively, hands on and thus know how to trigger the right customers.

We're looking for someone with strong commercial insight, excellent networking skills, and a solid real estate network. You should have experience in both residential and commercial property management, with a results-driven, strategic mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on role, enjoys team-building, and has at least 4 years of success in real estate. You should be digitally savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, and passionate about real estate. A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate is a plus. And you are fluent in German and English.
