EPOS is looking for a Business Development Manager who wants to play a key role in driving the Critical Communication- ATC (Air Traffic Control ), C3 (Command, Control, Communications) business division forward!.

The EPOS Critical Communication (ATC/C3) works in a world-wide team and delivers highly customized high-end audio solutions to ensure flawless communication and maximum security designed for different areas.

As our new Business Development Manager, you can look forward to working in a dynamic and global environment , where you will expand your business development skills and be involved in our sales activities.


You will work closely with all customer contacts and EPOS country partners on all relevant levels. It will be your responsibility to maintain and develop the business in the EMEA market and to generate new customers via Critical Communication (ATC/C3) business channels and to work on strategic plans.

Your main responsibilities amongst others will be:

  • Controlling and supervising important key clients and their customers and projects in assigned EMEA territories.
  • Working in collaboration with the Technical Portfolio Manager to develop new systems.
  • Working with Customer Service/Logistics on delivery of products to customers.
  • Working together with customers to develop appropriate communication systems.
  • Collaborating to set up a sales strategy for Critical Communication (ATC/C3) project business in designated territories.
  • Creating a successful regional sales system beyond traditional country territories and working with EPOS country partners.
  • Sales and Delivery turnover planning and responsibility in assigned areas.

To succeed in the role, you will need the following:

  • An educational background- Bachelor or Masters Level in Business, Marketing, Digital Audio Technology, Commercial or related fields.
  • Professional experience in the sales area for communication solutions in ATC and Command/Control/Communications & Surveillance, Marine/Rail/First Responder and Government Communications and Commercial Aviation market.
  • Familiarity with the Sales Force System
  • Some technical capability or understanding of technical applications
  • An Independent and entrepreneurial mindset with a founder's mentality
  • You will need to be a strategic thinker
  • You will need to be business fluent in English (written or oral). It is required that you have a secondary language in German or French.
