Being part of HSBC in Düsseldorf you'll help evolve and grow our business as an Accounting Manager (f/m/d) in Human Resources.

  • Monitor Germany's HR budget for external resources and the monthly review of HR budget in Germany for external resources
  • Create purchase order (PO) and receive and manage service providers invoices and request payment
  • Make accounting correction(s) and monthly budget allocation for accruals as require
  • Collect local and central budget data (last monthly budget reporting, invoices update, forecast, etc.) and estimate the HR provisions
  • Produce the information requested by Central team and/or Finance
  • Attends budget review meetings & support the Global accounting manager in consolidating the Global HR budget
  • Produce a monthly budget reporting (budget status, points of attentions, ...) and prepare the deck to present the HR budget for Germany during the monthly review meeting

  • 3 to 5 years' experience in financial management and accounting
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating in an international environment
  • Be able to identify problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel and PowerPoint
  • Business fluency in German and English
