Sales Manager (m/f/d) e-Mobility
- creating and maintaining a trustful customer relationship
- preparing and managing customer quotations for new business
- coordinating of all change requests
- conducting trouble shootings initiatives with pre-series deliveries with customer senior manager level
- conducting of product/project presentations and customer negotiations
- monitoring customer satisfaction and related KPI´s
- liaison with different stakeholder (internal) to solve customer requests
- promoting our technologies and product for new business opportunities
- participating and supporting strategic sales objective setting process
- managing and negotiating customer claims and LGE requests towards the customer
- overseeing overall project status for the customer to identify risk for nominations
- ensuring legal framework for projects are set
- monitoring of sales performance / forecast / moving plan
- updating of management customer information
- Academic degree in Business Management and/ or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales within the e-Mobility Industry, preferable with European Major OEMs
- Good knowledge of RFIs, RFQs, Project and CR Management
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Good understanding of manufacturing and quality processes
- Good technical understanding and strong negotiation skills
- Advanced financial calculation skills
- Fluent German and English language skills (Spoken and Written)
