The “Central Spare Parts Business Excellence (SPBE) Program Management Office” monitors and tracks program implementation, progress and financial results in the different country organizations.
- Your tasks as working student in the Central PMO area include:
- Ensuring consistent country reporting in global tools
- Analyzing the information provided
- Analyzing level of program implementation in different countries
- You will be supporting the program lead in preparation of local meetings & presentations like define formats, content & frequency for communication.
- Working in the SPBE Project means to understand the business processes and ensure consistent potential calculation in tracking tools across different countries.
- You will also work with experts from SPBE to facilitate program roll-out as needed, assess SPBE maturity and derive action if necessary.
- You are currently enrolled in a Master's or advanced Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- You bring in knowledge of general Administration and Management: business and management principles involved in service industry, supply chain and business process flows.
- You have good written and verbal communication skills in English - other languages are of advantage (e.g. German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese or Korean).
- You have strong attention to details and technicalities.
- You would bring in your sound handling of MS Office tools, in particular Excel and Power Point - Power BI is an advantage.
- You gained organizational skills - the ability to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines with required material.
- You have the ability to understand financial reporting and saving calculation methodologies, defined for program tracking.
- Lastly, you bring in good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
