Your contribution:
We are looking for a dynamic professional who is open to grow and develop within Clarios. The Jr. Sales Manager (m/f/d) will coordinate and control commercial transactions. They will support the team in analyzing market opportunities and develop and implement strategies to maximize margins while increasing market share.
The position will work out of the Clarios EMEA headquarters in Hannover/Germany.
What you will do:
  • Coordinate and control order processing together with the Sales service as it pertains to price storage, rebate agreements, payment targets, accruals.
  • Inspect and control of credit limit processes.
  • Account receivable management in close collaboration with Channel Finance Controller.
  • Support with new product launches to assure a smooth market introduction to customers.
  • Handle incoming commercial issues alongside the customer support department like commercial negotiations, account receivables, payment terms, etc.
  • Work cross-departmental with other teams like engineering, logistic, quality, program management, marketing, etc.
  • Provide general administrative support to back office (e.g. reporting tasks, creating tender support documents).
  • Update pricing list as needed.
  • Proactively develop sales discussions to ensure best product solutions for customer needs.

What you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or similar field
  • Minimum of one year working experience, ideally in sales and/or the automotive industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Assertive, motivated, and dynamic with an analytical mindset
  • Computer savvy (Microsoft Office)
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong intercultural understanding
  • Open to grow and develop at Clarios
