International Trade Marketing Manager (m/f/diverse)

Full-time, with immediate effect

In this position, you are responsible for adapting and implementing the overall marketing and sales strategy to various channels, focusing on B2B environments.


  • Strategic responsibilities: Develop and implement a coherent international B2B trade marketing strategy that drives profitable growth across various markets
  • Operational responsibilities: Design and execute international promotions and marketing campaigns targeting B2B customers, along with associated sales support materials
  • Team management and collaboration: Collaborate closely with local teams to guide the execution of trade marketing initiatives, providing strategic direction and support as needed
  • Cross-departmental collaboration: Act as the key contact for subsidiaries and international teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across functions such as Sales, Marketing and Brand Management
  • Market monitoring and analysis: Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify trends that inform strategic decision-making
  • Sales collaboration: Drive cohesive business growth and optimize customer engagement strategies by ensuring collaboration between Sales and Trade Marketing

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (master's degree preferred)
  • Several years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on trade marketing or B2B marketing environments
  • Experience in data analysis and campaign optimization
  • Proficiency in English required; additional languages advantageous
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools to track marketing performance and optimize campaigns
