- Perform comprehensive manual testing of the mobile application and firmware to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and document bugs, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts in collaboration with the development team to streamline and enhance the testing process.
- Work closely with the hardware and software teams to ensure compatibility and seamless integration of our app and firmware with our products.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, cases, and reports to document testing efforts and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A passion for technology and hands-on testing.
- Enthusiasm for working with mobile apps and hardware products.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Postman, JUnit, NUnit, or similar is a plus.
- Basic understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and experience with at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or C++.
- Basic knowledge of integrated development environments (Visual Studio, Eclipse, …) and version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
