At our site in Böblingen you will find both as R&D Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities General support: Providing comprehensive assistance to the Böblingen R&D lab, including support for managers and engineers. Procurement and logistics: Placing requisition and purchase orders (PO) for R&D material and equipment, Communication with suppliers regarding the open PO's, Preparation of shipping papers for outgoing shipments. Office and travel management: Ordering office supplies, Organization of international travels, and reparation and application for visas. Documentation and reporting: Preparation of regular reports, Generation of presentation materials, documents. General administration: Handling standard secretarial and administrative tasks. Employee and team support: Support of visiting international employees and collaborating with Co-operation with other assistants and R&D colleagues. The role is a full-time position (40 hours per week). While some remote work is possible on certain days, the majority of the time will be spent in the office, providing direct support to the R&D team. You will be working closely with other assistants, so being a strong team player is essential. In return, you'll benefit from collaborative assistance and support within the team. Your Qualifications Completed vocational training in an office-related field. Language skills: Proficiency in written and spoken German and English. Technical proficiency: Experience with MS Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Organizational skills: Exceptional ability to plan, prioritize, and structure tasks effectively. Communication skills: Excellent communication across all organizational levels, with adaptability to multicultural environments. Self-motivation: Ability to work independently and handle an "interrupt-driven" work atmosphere. Team-oriented: Comfortable working in a team and contributing actively.
