We are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to lead and optimize our accounting operations. This critical role involves managing key accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial standards, and delivering high-quality financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing packages, including consolidated financial statements (FS).
  • Managing audits in compliance with IFRS and HGB standards.
  • Reporting financial data to HQ and fulfilling various reporting requirements.
  • Producing monthly closing result reports for the CFO and HQ.
  • Ensuring adherence to monthly closing schedules and plans.
  • Preparing and reviewing detailed closing adjustment reports.
  • Analyzing quarterly fluctuations in results and trends.
  • Overseeing risk management in accounting, tax, and finance functions.
  • Managing sales, cost, and general cost structures for branches and offices.
  • Supervising monthly financial closing activities for branches and offices.
  • Reviewing internal invoices between headquarters and branches/offices.
  • Verifying processes and interface programs (e.g., Genisys) related to sales and cost accruals.
  • Managing internal contracts and compliance.


  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in SAP systems.
  • Strong legal and financial compliance knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of market trends.
  • Professional expertise in accounting and taxation.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely financial management information.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and enhance work processes across branches and offices.
  • Fluent in English and German.
