YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Your tasks include proactive management of international, cross-functional harmonization and optimization projects with respect to processes and IT systems in procurement and the resulting international coordination with countries, international senior executive managers and international boards.
- In addition, you will be responsible for the management and implementation of several parallel projects and contribute to a transparent overall process understanding at Dr. Oetker.
- You will also be responsible for proactively initiating innovations and optimizations in the business environment for systems and processes within procurement.
- You will also be responsible for designing, developing and implementing cross-departmental and cross-country process standards for procurement.
- You always maintain an overall view. While designing solutions with internal and external stakeholders, you always take into account the strategy of purchasing with a focus on the digital purchasing roadmap and best practice solutions outside Dr. Oetker in order to achieve excellent results in a timely manner.
- In addition, your tasks will include the continuous internal and external exchange of information as well as internal purchasing coordination, the establishment and maintenance of a cross-location network and centralized documentation of knowledge.
- You are also responsible for developing individual recommendations and have the right to veto system purchases, investments and project prioritization.
WHAT YOU BRING
- You hold an university degree and have professional experience in the areas of procurement, IT and/or process & project management.
- You already gained international project management experience for projects of all sizes with an IT focus and you already successfully demonstrated this.
- You are characterized by a high degree of flexibility, very good communication skills, team spirit and assertiveness.
- You have a strong personality with an open, fact-orientated mindset and strong analytical thinking skills.
- Very good German and English skills as well as excellent knowledge of SAP MM and BI, Office applications and other procurement-relevant systems with a high affinity for IT and processes are a matter of course for you.
- A willingness to travel completes your profile.
